They stared with the game Charades,this is guessing movies to made the students feel comfotables.

Then, teachers played an audio of a conversation on the phone. After that, they gave to the students vocabulary to understand better the conversation and they could answer questions related to the audio. 

Finally, the students created a conversation using the vocabulary and phrases that they learned before.
