Topic: Plans for the future

Type of lesson: Listening Teachers:  Irma Nochez, Gema Mejía, Kathia Pérez, Denisse Guzmán and Nathalia Castillo They stared with the question: What are your plans for the future?. The students share their opinions with the class The teacher played an audio about people talked of their plans for the future. Then, under the desk of each student, they found a piece of paper with the name of one person in the audio. So, they tried to paraphrase what that person said in the audio. To continue, the teacher make a quiz of multiple choices and play the audio again. Then, they make question to their classemates about their plans for the future.  At the end, the students passed to the front to complete a conversation on the board.

Topic: Professions and Trades

Type of lesson: Vocabulary  Teachers:  Abigail Guevara, Sara Dominguez, Tirsa Guevara, José Ardón and Carolina Zúniga. The class started with the images on the board that the students needed to match with the name of the profession or trade.  Then, the teacher explain the difference between profession and trade and the students passed to the front to draw some of these jobs. After that, the students, in pairs, created a short story with the new vocabulary of professions and trades using costumes.

Topic: Bussines Communication

  Type of lesson: listening Teachers: Michelle Marroquin, Jacqueline Contreras, Michell Hernández, Sandra Rodezno, Brendaly Fernández, Ricardo Vides. They stared with the game Charades,this is guessing movies to made the students feel comfotables. Then, teachers played an audio of a conversation on the phone. After that, they gave to the students vocabulary to understand better the conversation and  they could answer questions related to the audio.  Finally, the students created a conversation using the vocabulary and phrases that they learned before. 

Topic: Texting

Type of lesson: Reading Teachers:  Irma Nochez, Gema Mejía, Kathia Pérez,  Denisse Guzmán, Nathalia Castillo The class stared with a memory game, the students needed to find the same picture in the cards that were on the board. Then, the students worked in pairs on a reading excercise. They had to read it out loud to analize and find the main idea of each paragraph from the text. Finally, they shared their opinions in front of the class. At the end of the class, the students played the rulet game. They passed to the front and spin the rulette and answered the question give by the rolette about the reading.

Topic: Comparatives and Superlatives

Type of lesson: Grammar Teachers:  Abigail Guevara. Sara Dominguez,Tirsa Guevara, José Ardón, Carolina Zúniga. First, the teachers stared the class with a game about to show two pictures to the students, and they had to describe these pictures with superlatives and comparatives adjectives.  The second part of the class was really important becuase,  were taught some rules of how and when we occupy the superlatives and comparatives adjectives. In order for students to practice what they had learned earlier, the teachers gave them a worksheet to fill the blanks with the superlatives and comparatives adjectives. at the end of the class the students asked question to describe with superlative and cmparative adjectives
